Digital Image Pro - Partial Coloring

I am using Digital Image Pro 9 Suite, but I am sure it will work with any version that has the Edge Finder tool.
1) Open up your image, I am using a neopets image.
2) Use the Edge Finder tool to select the image that you still want color in.
3) Now invert your selection.
4) Finally click Effects >> Black and White
4a) You can also try Effects >> Antique
