Paint Shop Pro - Cartoon Effect

Cute Effect. Great for those photos where you 'don't know what to do'!
1. First get your photo. I got mine from sxc.hu, and its perfect for this effect! :)
2) After pasting or opening your image in paint shop pro go to Layers >> Duplicate
3) On your duplicated layer go to Adjust >> Blur >> Gaussian Blur
4) Set the radius to 10.00 (more or less depending on picture).
5) Go to Layers >> Properties
6) Set the Blend Mode to Multiply
