Microsoft Paint + Microsoft Word - Gradient Tutorial

Yes, it IS possible to create gradient images in MS Paint (with a little help from MS Word).
1) Open up your image in MS Paint. Crop, Resize, Etc. until you get an image you want to work with. I resized by dragging the corners .
2) Do a Select All (Ctrl + A) and copy from here and paste in MS Word.
3) Select a Rectangle and drag in across the picture. As shown in picture below.

4) After dragging across the whole picture double click on the rectangle. Go to Fill Effects. Choose your gradient. And set the transparency at 50%.


5)Now you must do a Print Screen. Your Print Screen button is in the same row as F1, F2, F3, etc.
6) Afterward you must go to paint and crop your picture, so you only see the banner.
7) Save, and you are done. If you want add border and text. :)
