Microsoft Paint - Adding Borders & Cropping

This is a basic tutorial, but it adds a nice effect to picture, depending on how you use it. So let us begin. I) Decide whether you want a single border or a double border.

BORDERS

1) Open up your image.
2) Using the Zoom Tool zoom in once or twice.
3) Using the rectangle tool and starting at the corner draw a rectangle.
4) Leave a space of 1-2 pixels then draw a 2nd border (OPTIONAL)
5) You are done!

CROPPING

1) Open up your image in MS Paint.
2) Using the Selection tool Copy the portion you want.
3) Crtl + C to Copy
4) Click File > New
5) Ctrl + V to Paste.
6) You have a Cropped Image! Here's how mine turned out after messing around with it a bit.
