So....you can create fancy scanlines in Photoshop, but why not Paint Shop Pro? Actually you can create scanlines WAY easier with a blended effect in....Paint Shop Pro!!!1) Go to Effects >> Artistic Effects >> Halftone
2) Match your settings to mine.
3) Click ok, and you are DONE!!!
