MS Word + MS Paint - Patterned Effects + Scanlines


So y'wanna know how to create Scanlines? In paint? Impossible? no......
1) Get your picture.
2) Do a Crtl +A, to select all. Crtl + C to copy, and after you open up MS word, do Crtl + V.
3) Now after creating a rectangle (using Autoshapes Tutorial).
4) Now you must fill it in, with a pattern using your own colors. You can do this by double clicking and going to fill effects.
(using Autoshapes Tutorial).
5) Adjust your transparency to 50%.
6) Print Screen, Crtl +V into Paint, crop, save. You are done!

You can also Make Scanlines this way:

By making your foreground black and selecting 1 or the patterns I have circled and then changing the transparency to 50%. Now what you should do is click ok, print screen, open up MS Paint, and do a Crtl + V. Now Crop and save.
